WhaleMaven Auto provides a platform connecting automotive service providers ("Providers") with clients seeking automotive services ("Clients"). Our Service facilitates the discovery, communication, and transaction between Providers and Clients.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information up to date. 4. Use of the Service

WhaleMaven Auto is not a party to any agreement between Providers and Clients and does not guarantee the performance of either party.

6. Payments

Payments between Clients and Providers are facilitated through our Service. WhaleMaven Auto may charge a service fee for facilitating these transactions. All fees will be disclosed prior to the completion of any transaction.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between Providers and Clients should be resolved directly between the parties. WhaleMaven Auto may, at its discretion, assist in resolving disputes but is under no obligation to do so.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. WhaleMaven Auto does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhaleMaven Auto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
